Policy for Services We strive to provide high-quality eyelash extension and brow services. To ensure the best experience for our clients, please review our No Refund Policy outlined below: 1. No Refunds: All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any eyelash extension or brow services provided at our salon. 2. Service Adjustments: If you are not satisfied with the result of your service, please contact us within 2 days of your appointment. We will be happy to make reasonable adjustments to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. 3. Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction to the products used during your service, please notify us immediately. While we cannot offer a refund, we will provide advice on how to manage the reaction and may offer a complementary follow-up consultation. 4. Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit. 5. Late Arrivals: Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply. 6. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged 50% of their service total. 7. Prepaid Packages: Prepaid service packages/Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon request. 8.
